The Polytechnic University of Hauts-de-France (UPHF) is offering a junior professorship in Multiphase flow heat and mass transfer with phase change.
The proposed Chair is fully in line with the research strategy of the UPHF, structured around the 3 strategic hubs addressing major societal challenges in line with UN sustainable development objectives, the Horizon Europe program and the Research & Innovation Regional Strategy for Intelligent Specialization. The candidate will conduct research within the LAMIH UMR CNRS 8201 (Laboratory of industrial and human automation, mechanics, and computer science) with the research team of Prof. Souad Harmand, focusing on innovative thermal management for electrical systems.
The Junior Professor will be part of the mechanics & Energetics teaching staff at INSA Hauts-de-France and will participate in the teaching of Bachelor and Master degrees in Mechanics and Energetics (64 hours of teaching per year in English or French).
